Comfy Tickets LTD – Flight Booking Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through www.mydreamflight.co.uk and any other trading websites operated by Comfy Tickets LTD.

By making a booking through our website, by telephone, or through our representatives, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.


1. Company Information:


1.1 The website www.mydreamflight.co.uk is operated by Comfy Tickets LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales.

1.2 Registered Office:

United Kingdom.

1.3 Comfy Tickets LTD acts solely as a travel agent and intermediary for airlines, consolidators and travel suppliers.

1.4 The contract of carriage for air travel is between the passenger and the airline, not Comfy Tickets LTD.


2. Agency Role:


2.1 Comfy Tickets LTD acts as a disclosed agent for airlines and travel suppliers.

2.2 When purchasing a flight ticket through our website or representatives, the airline providing the transportation is the principal service provider .

2.3 Airline tickets are issued subject to the airline’s Conditions of Carriage and fare rules .

2.4 Comfy Tickets LTD does not control airline operations including:

• Seating allocation
• Aircraft configuration
• Flight schedules
• Airline service policies.


3. Booking Confirmation:


3.1 A booking becomes confirmed once:

a) The passenger authorises the booking;
b) Payment (deposit or full amount) is received.

3.2 Airline tickets are considered issued once the airline generates a confirmed e-ticket number .

3.3 Passengers must review their itinerary carefully upon receipt.

3.4 The person making the booking confirms they are authorised to act on behalf of all passengers included in the reservation

3.5 Deposit secures the reservation but does not guarantee the airline fare or taxes. Airline fares and taxes may change at any time prior to ticket issuance. If the fare expires or is revised by the airline or supplier before ticket issuance, Comfy Tickets LTD reserves the right to apply the updated fare at the time of ticket issuance.


4. Pricing and Fare Validity:


4.1 Airline fares are determined by airlines and may change without notice until tickets are issued.

4.2 Fare changes may occur due to:

• Seat availability
• Tax adjustments
• Airline fare updates.

4.3 The quoted fare is only guaranteed once the ticket has been issued .


5. Payment Terms:


5.1 Payment may be made via:

• Debit card
• Credit card
• Bank transfer
• Authorised payment link.

5.2 Full payment must be received before ticket issuance unless a deposit booking arrangement has been agreed.

5.3 Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in:

• Reservation cancellation
• Fare increases
• Loss of seat availability.


6. Deposit Bookings:


6.1 In certain cases bookings may be secured with a deposit payment , with the remaining balance due by a specified date.

6.2 The remaining balance must be paid before the payment deadline stated in the booking confirmation .

6.3 If the passenger fails to pay the balance before the due date, the reservation may be cancelled automatically by the airline or supplier and the original fare may no longer be available.

6.4 If the passenger later wishes to proceed with the booking after the original fare has expired, the passenger will be required to pay the current available fare .

6.5 If the passenger refuses the revised or alternative fare and requests cancellation of the booking, Comfy Tickets LTD reserves the right to deduct a £70 per passenger cancellation / administration fee from the deposit paid.

6.6 The remaining balance of the deposit, if any, will be refunded after deduction of the applicable administration fee.

6.7 If the deposit amount paid is equal to or less than the applicable cancellation fee , no refund will be payable.

6.8 If a booking has been secured by a deposit, partial payment, or full payment, and before ticket issuance, the airline or supplier withdraws the quoted fare, increases the fare or taxes, or otherwise makes the originally quoted booking unavailable; Comfy Tickets LTD will notify the passenger and offer:

a) the option to proceed at the revised available fare ; or
b) a full refund of all payments received for that booking, including any deposit, partial payment, or full payment, without any deduction , if the passenger does not wish to proceed with the revised fare. This clause applies where the fare expires or changes before the balance due date , or where the passenger has paid the remaining balance on time, or has paid the full fare, but the ticket has not yet been issued.


7. Amendments or Date Changes Requested by Passenger:


7.1 Passengers may request amendments such as date changes or flight changes subject to airline fare rules and seat availability.

7.2 Changes before Ticket Issuance

If a passenger requests a change before ticket issuance:

a) The originally quoted fare may no longer be available;
b) The passenger must pay the fare difference if the same booking class is unavailable.

7.3 Changes after Ticket Issuance

If a passenger requests a change after tickets have been issued:

a) Airline change penalties may apply
b) Passengers must pay any fare difference between flights
c) Comfy Tickets LTD will charge a £70 per passenger administration fee

7.4 Some airline tickets may be non-changeable.


8. Special Requests and Ancillary Services:


8.1 Requests such as:

• Seat selection
• Bassinet requests
• Meal preferences
• Airport lounge access
• Extra legroom seating
• Wheelchair assistance
• Priority boarding

Are considered special requests.

8.2 These services are controlled entirely by the airline or airport service provider.

8.3 Comfy Tickets LTD may forward such requests but cannot guarantee availability.

8.4 These services may require additional payment directly to the airline or service provider.

8.5 Comfy Tickets LTD shall not be liable if such services are unavailable or declined by the airline.


9. Airline Schedule Changes and Cancellations:


9.1 Airlines may cancel or amend flights for operational reasons.

9.2 Such changes may include:

• Schedule changes
• Aircraft changes
• Route changes
• Flight cancellations.

9.3 Comfy Tickets LTD has no control over airline operational decisions.

9.4 Airline schedule changes will be governed by the airline’s Conditions of Carriage.

9.5 Depending on airline policy, passengers may be entitled to:

a) Rebooking on a later flight;
b) Alternative routing;
c) Refund subject to airline fare rules.

9.6 Comfy Tickets LTD will assist passengers where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by airlines


10. Passenger Contact Information:


10.1 Passengers must ensure their email address and phone number are updated with the airline after ticket issuance.

10.2 Airlines may send notifications regarding:

• Schedule changes
• Cancellations
• Check-in reminders.

10.3 Comfy Tickets LTD cannot guarantee that all airline notifications will be communicated through our agency.


11. Passport, Visa and Transit Requirements:


11.1 Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid:

• Passports
• Visas
• Transit visas
• Health documentation.

11.2 This includes transit visa requirements for connecting flights.

11.3 Failure to obtain required travel documentation may result in:

• Denied boarding
• Missed flights.

11.4 Comfy Tickets LTD shall not be liable for losses arising from insufficient travel documentation.


12. Voluntary Cancellations:


12.1 If a passenger voluntarily cancels a booking, cancellation charges will apply.

12.2 These charges may include:

• Airline cancellation penalties;
• Supplier charges;
• £100 per passenger administration fee charged by Comfy Tickets LTD.


13. Non-Refundable Tickets:


13.1 Many airline tickets are issued under restricted or non-refundable fare rules.

13.2 If a passenger voluntarily cancels a non-refundable ticket, no refund of the ticket fare will be payable.

13.3 Airlines may allow refund of unused government taxes or airport taxes.

13.4 Such refunds are processed only after confirmation from the airline or supplier


14. EMD Vouchers and Travel Credits:


14.1 EMD vouchers issued by Comfy Tickets LTD are provided as goodwill gestures.

14.2 Such vouchers:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be refunded
• Are non-transferable
• Are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

14.3 Vouchers may only be used for future bookings made through Comfy Tickets LTD by the same passenger(s).


15. Travel Insurance:


15.1 Passengers are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.


16. ATOL Protection:


16.1 When you purchase an ATOL-protected flight or travel service through Comfy Tickets LTD , you will receive an ATOL Certificate.

16.2 The ATOL Certificate confirms the travel services that are financially protected and the supplier responsible for providing those services.

16.3 ATOL protection provides financial security in the event that the travel organiser or supplier responsible for your booking becomes insolvent and unable to provide the booked services.

16.4 In such circumstances, the Air Travel Trust may provide a refund, replacement travel services, or other assistance in accordance with the ATOL scheme.

16.5 ATOL protection applies only in cases of insolvency and does not cover complaints relating to airline services such as seat allocation, schedule changes, special requests, or ancillary services.


17. Verbal Communications:


17.1 Only information confirmed in written booking confirmation or email communication shall form part of the contractual agreement.

17.2 Verbal discussions with staff do not constitute contractual guarantees.


18. Limitation of Liability:


18.1 Comfy Tickets LTD shall not be liable for:

• Airline operational decisions
• Schedule changes
• Aircraft substitutions
• Denied boarding by airlines.

18.2 Liability is limited to services directly provided by Comfy Tickets LTD as a travel agent.


19. Governing Law:


19.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

19.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
